Local Delivery / Click and Collect Terms and Conditions

During these unprecedented times surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic we are offering our valued customers local delivery or store pick up (click & collect) options. To follow all local and national guidelines this will be a contact less service. This is service is designed to allow our customers to correctly maintain their pool or spa in these difficult circumstances.

You can order and pay for your essential pool or spa products through our online store, at the checkout you can select local delivery or store pick up.

Local Deliveries will be processed and delivered in 3-5 days.

Store-pick up orders will be processed and available for pick-up next business day. Pick up is from our Kings Meadows store in Launceston or Glenorchy store in Hobart.
