Standard Spa Delivery - urban area
A Standard Metro Delivery coversportable spas up to 2.3m2being delivered in urban or ‘metro’ areas.
A Standard Metro Portable Spa Deliveryis an extra chargeon your sales order.
It includes delivery to your property on a hi-ab truck, the spa will be craned from the truck to the final site only if clear barrier free access is provided for the truck and spa. If the spa cannot be placed on the final site it will be unloaded in a safe, secure position on your property.
Standard Swim Spa Delivery – urban area
A Standard Metro Swim Spa Delivery applies toswim spas and spas larger than 2.3m2being delivered in urban or ‘metro’ areas.
A Standard Metro Swim Spa Deliveryis an extra chargeon your sales order. It applies to swim spas and spas larger than 2.3m2.
This service coversdelivery to your property only.It does not cover non-standard deliveries, installation or the hiring of a crane or Hiab to unload and place the spa or swim into position (unless specified on the sales order). You will need to organise this yourself, as explained below.
Please note,it is virtually impossible to move a swim spa by hand once in position. For this reason, it is vital that it is placed in its final position whilst the crane or hiab truck is on-site.
If you require the spa or swim spa to be placed into position using a trolley, instead of a crane or hiab, then this is considered ‘Non-Standard’ and will need to be quoted separately prior to delivery.
Self-pickup from Warehouse
If you have chosen to collect your spa from the warehouse yourself, or you have assigned a courier to collect it,you will be responsible for itas soon as it has left our warehouse.
It is recommended that,even if you assign a courier to pick up the product, you are also present to inspect the goods at our warehouse so you know what condition it was in prior to departure and delivery.
Please note:At the point of collection, the spa or swim spa becomes your property and you will be liable for any damage. Please make sure to have insurance.

Pool & Spa Shop ships Australia-wide using trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. We use Australia Post Standard and Express Services for most orders, as well as reliable third-party couriers for larger or specialised deliveries.
All orders are packed with care at our Tasmanian warehouse and dispatched as quickly as possible.

During peak periods, sales events, or public holidays, dispatch may take up to 3–5 business days.

If both eligible and ineligible items are in the same order, standard shipping rates will be applied at checkout.
Geographic Availability
This offer is valid for deliveries within Australia, excluding Western Australia (WA) and Northern Territory (NT).
Due to increased freight costs to these regions, standard rates will apply.

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. If a return or refund reduces your order value below the $60 free shipping threshold, standard shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
