Use a clean, well-rinsed bottle or container that has not recently held chemicals, cleaning products or drinks.
Collect below the surface
Take the sample from below the water surface rather than scooping water from the very top.
Avoid jets and returns
Collect away from active jets, water returns, chemical dispensers or recently added products where possible.
Bring it in promptly
Bring the sample into the showroom while it is still fresh and tell our team about any recent chemical additions.
