No. We currently service Fisher, Vortex, Jacuzzi, Arcadia and Lifestyle spas. We specialise in these brands because our technicians are trained on the supported products and parts are more readily available.

Yes. If additional repair work is required, we provide a quote before repair work proceeds.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours spa repairs?
No. Our spa servicing is a scheduled service and repair operation. We do not currently offer emergency or after-hours servicing.
What should I do before the technician arrives?
Please make sure the spa and equipment compartment are accessible, suitable power is available, access around the spa is clear and pets are safely secured.
Can I request a service if I don't know what is wrong?
Yes. You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself. Tell us what the spa is doing, any symptoms you have noticed and any error code displayed, and our technician can assess the issue during the service.
