Pool & Spa Shop ships Australia-wide using trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
We use Australia Post Standard and Express Services for most orders, as well as reliable third-party couriers for larger or specialised deliveries.

All orders are packed with care at our Tasmanian warehouse and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

  • During peak periods, sales events, or public holidays, dispatch may take up to 3–5 business days.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

This promotion makes it easier and more affordable to maintain your spa or swim spa with quality products delivered directly to your door.

Eligibility

Free shipping applies to:

  • Spa chemicals

  • Swim spa chemicals

  • Most spa accessories, such as test kits, filters, fragrances, cleaning tools, and care products

To qualify:

  • Your order subtotal must be $60 or more (after discounts, before shipping and taxes).

  • The cart must contain only eligible products listed above.

  • Orders including ineligible or bulky products (such as spas, swim spas, spa covers, gazebos, or large equipment) will not qualify for free shipping.

If both eligible and ineligible items are in the same order, standard shipping rates will be applied at checkout.

Geographic Availability

  • This offer is valid for deliveries within Australia, excluding Western Australia (WA) and Northern Territory (NT).

  • Due to increased freight costs to these regions, standard rates will apply.

How It Works

  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order meets the qualifying conditions.

  • No discount code is required.

  • Offer available for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

Ineligible Items

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Spas, swim spas, or saunas

  • Spa covers and lifters

  • Gazebos or pergolas

  • Large freight-only or palletised products

These items ship via specialised carriers and are subject to standard freight rates.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Australia.
Some bulky or heavy products may not be eligible for delivery to remote or offshore locations.
If this applies to your order, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or refund.

All shipments include tracking where available.

Tracking Your Order

If you do not receive tracking details within three business days, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Delays and Issues

While we take every step to ensure fast, reliable delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather events, public holidays, or carrier network issues.
Pool & Spa Shop is not liable for delivery delays once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before confirming your order.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
Additional fees may apply for redirection or re-delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy.
If a return or refund reduces your order value below the $60 free shipping threshold, standard shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
