Gin 90 Chat is deliberately taller than the Gin 90 Low.

At 595mm high, its tabletop sits closer to seated hand height, making it easier to use for wine glasses, appetisers and casual entertaining while everyone remains comfortably gathered around the flame.

The raised flame also becomes much more prominent from lounge seating, creating the stronger social focal point that gives the Chat model its name.

GIN 90 CHAT OR GIN 90 LOW?

Same footprint. Same flame. Completely different relationship with the seating.

Both Gin 90 models measure 2272 x 1098mm and use the XL900 burner. Height is what changes the experience.

Gin 90 Chat 595mm high. The taller choice for entertaining, drinks, appetisers and a more prominent flame at seated height.
Gin 90 Low 345mm high. The lower lounge-table option for open sight lines and a more relaxed coffee-table profile.
OPTIONAL L1520 FIRE SCREEN

Gin 90 Chat needs the larger L1520 screen.

EcoSmart currently specifies the L1520 Fire Screen for Gin 90 Chat. It follows the long burner opening and helps minimise the effect of wind on the flame.

Important: The L1520 Fire Screen is an optional accessory and is sold separately.
WHEN THE FIRE IS OFF

Give the centre of the table another job.

EcoSmart's optional L65 Cover Plate fits over the burner section once the fireplace is completely off and cool, creating a flatter usable surface through the centre of the table.

Why is it called Gin 90 Chat?

The 595mm table height puts the tabletop and flame closer to seated hand and eye level, encouraging relaxed conversation around the fire.

What is the difference between Gin 90 Chat and Gin 90 Low?

Both measure 2272 x 1098mm and use the XL900 burner. Gin 90 Chat is 595mm high, while Gin 90 Low is 345mm high.

Which fire screen fits?

EcoSmart currently specifies the optional L1520 Fire Screen for Gin 90 Chat.

Is the fire screen included?

No. The L1520 Fire Screen is an optional accessory and is purchased separately.

Can the burner be covered?

Yes. The optional L65 Cover Plate creates a flatter table surface once the fire is completely off and cool.

Does it require gas or electricity?

The bioethanol Gin 90 Chat does not require a permanent gas connection or electrical supply.
